什么是液晶聚合物？
当熔化时，传统的半结晶聚合物具有随机结构，当它们冷却时，形成由非晶基质包围的高度有序的结晶区域。LCP将此订单提升到另一个层次。
LCP分子即使在熔体中也保持良好的有序性，并且在剪切下很容易相互滑动。其结果是熔体粘度非常低，很容易填充极薄的壁并复制复杂的特征。它们在流动方向上表现出很少或没有收缩，并且需要很少的时间来凝固或固化。快速填充和更短的循环时间意味着生产率的提高。
